SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We are based in San Mateo, California, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $35 / $4.99 for orders under $35
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically take 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at emrahuzun01@icloud.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
